Canada produces some of the world's most consistently graded chickpeas, and ARK Commodities connects international buyers directly to that supply. We export both Desi (small, dark-seeded, high-fibre) and Kabuli (large, cream-coloured, food-grade) varieties, sourced from Saskatchewan's premium chickpea-growing belt and supplied to importers, dal millers, and food manufacturers across South Asia and the Middle East.

Canadian chickpeas are sought after for their bold, uniform sizing, clean skins, and high cooking yield — attributes that protect buyer margins and reinforce brand quality at destination. Both Desi and Kabuli varieties are available to export grade or buyer-specified analysis. Applications include dal processing, hummus manufacturing, gram flour milling, canning, and direct retail.
